Hi! I’m Tracy
I have had a love for nature and travel for as long as I can remember. I grew up traveling with my grandparents in their motorhome. While raising my young children we would spend time outdoors daily as I feel there is no better place to spend the day. Daily walks, and weekly trips to the park & trails were my adventures. My family loves to travel and as my children grew older, we began traveling with our own camper to campgrounds & National parks. Now as my children are teenagers I have been able to see more of the world. Hiking trips with friends & family really fills my bucket. I want to share my love for the great outdoors with every person I can. Leave your worries on the trail while creating habits to enhance your current health journey and make friends who can support you along the way.

I’m a middle school teacher with a heart for adventure and a passion for helping others grow inside & out-no matter the age. I believe in the power of the outdoors, the strength found in movement, and the joy of sharing the journey with others. I’m grateful to walk this path with my best friend, and excited for all the connections yet to come.
I want to create a space where women feel safe & supported on the trail. This retreat is about building the kind of community I once needed: one that empowers women to explore, connect, & grow together in nature.
